Were you able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for you? No

If no please explain: i wanted to go to this doctor because the office was open late hours and on fridays. yet when we call to make an appointment , we can only speak to the answering service because you were closed by 3 during the week and not open on fridays and now closed monday for the 5th of july?????? should i just go to the emergency room or a med center???

Was the receptionist friendly and attentive? Yes

If no please explain: no complaints! once you could get her on the phone and not the answering service.

What are your expectations when you visit a physician? we love your nurse practioner, she is very good. we expect to be treated as she treated us. She should get a raise. We have yet to meet the doctor so can not rate him in the question below.
